75M³/h Mobile Concrete Mixing Station

Applied to the special large volume concrete operation such as airport runway, terminal, road, bridge site construction and the emergency repair construction. It adopt split cement silo structure, combined the concrete mixer, batching system, conveying system, weighing system together,it can semi trailer form to transport the whole mixing plant to construction site,the speed can reach 40km/h and install rapidly on site, and no need for debugging can enter the construction state.
Rapidly Dismantle and Install, Convenient Moving
The whole plant don’t need to dismantle except for external equipment such as screw conveyor ,cement silos.It only need a 30 tons’ crane to dismantle and transport one day.
When installed, if the ground is smooth and solid, it can be in place for production without foundation in the day, very suitable for tight schedule. The plant is equipped with tire and traction pin to drag by the trailer at the fastest speed 40km/h.

Mixer reducer, weighing load cell and main electric component of control system all adopt international famous brand,greatly reduce the equipment failure rate, improve the measuring accuracy of the equipment. The mixer adopts computer control, can automatically or manually operation, simple operation, easy to master.
Suitable for Container Transport
Dimensions of all parts transportation unit meet the container size, height is controlled within 2500mm, the width is controlled within 2300mm, convenient for export to install.
